Time
Every minute, every hour
Everyday, Every year,
Older and Older
we can never start over.
Time is a funny thing.
We are always rushing every single day to get our morning coffee, Racing to get to our job (precovid rush hour commute), and checking our updated social media statuses, all while getting stuck behind every single red light, and then end up being five minutes late and your boss berates you til you hide in the janitor Closet til the days end. (This never happened to me, I swear)
We always say, “We have time.”
“Do it tomorrow, you got time.”
“I’ll lose 20 lbs someday.”
Well it is true, realistically we do have many hours and years left in our life. I mean I doubt tomorrow one of us will get hit by a bus, or struck by lightning in the eye. In fact, most of us will enjoy a long healthy life. But how many of those years are wasted? Honestly I have probably wasted more than 800 hours watching dumb cats play keyboards, or Zombie Kid liking turtles and the endless scrolling of statuses of people I could care less about. Instead I could be learning and growing myself to make sure I am the best I can be for the people who need me.
The cool thing is we can do that starting right now.
We still have time to do something great, to make a difference, and to make memories and not just Netflix all day.
To get to that healthy weight.
To actually enjoy your life and not worry about the unknowns or if you will ever get that dream job, or marry the right person. You are just wasting precious time.
Do wonderful things right now!!!!!!!!!!!!
Take that trip to Australia
Go to the Opera.
Volunteer and help people.
Use your time wisely,
and do something great!
Cheers,

P.S. Stop worrying and start living!
We got time.
